Refund Policy

We offer 24 hours money-back guarantee to those clients who are unhappy with our service. To get the refund, you have to give a valid reason as to why you are unhappy with our service, after that you have to give us some time so that we can solve your problem if we fail then only money will be refunded. For RDP/VPS the processing fee which is (For all plans) will not be refunded. The refund request will be considered valid for 2 days after plan activation, after that the refund requested will be considered invalid.

The following points will NOT be accepted for asking refunds:

  • I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depend on many factors which are not in our hands).
  • I ordered by mistake.
  • I don’t know how to use the Proxy/VPS/RDP Server. (We will help, just contact us)
  • Hacking/Bruteforcing/Botting/Spamming/Torrenting/VPN/Survey/Dating Tools are not allowed hence I want a refund.
  • I want a refund because my program is not working. (this is our out of scope to solve problem-related to any third party software/application/program)
  • ordered the wrong plan mistakenly. ( Contact us and we will change the plan without any extra cost )
  • I was out of station/Vacation and was not able to use your server.

Note 1: You can ask for a refund only if there is a problem in the server like Server down, Lagging, Speed, Bandwidth. Any IP-related problems will not be accepted for refund.

Note 2: No refund will be given if you violate our TOS.

Note 3: If you open a dispute without any reason or after using our service, then no refund will be made in any case as well as your service will also be terminated. You have to accept our TOS and Refund Policy while placing an order. For information, Paypal also refunds you on the basis of our refund policy.
